The SCERTS Model – Day 1 & 2: Introduction & Program Planning.
Enhancing active engagement in autistic and neurodivergent learners.
GENERAL PROVISIONS:
- The organizer of the conference/training (2 days) titled “The SCERTS Model – Day 1 & 2: Introduction & Program Planning (Enhancing active engagement in autistic and neurodivergent learners)” is: Structured TEACChing Krzysztof Sujka; Polna 3/104; 00-622 Warsaw; NIP: 9522022873; REGON: 367826709.
- Each participant of the conference/training (2 days) is required to read / accept and comply with these Regulations.
- These Regulations are effective starting form the date: February 1, 2026 y.
- All information regarding the conference/training (2 days) including for ex. its format, location, as well as a detailed program can be found on the website.
REGISTRATION RULES:
- Participation in the conference/training (2 days) is conditional upon completing correctly the registration form and by making the full-payment of the conference/training-fee to the Organizer’s bank account number:

- In the event of cancellation of the conference/training (2 days) due to the Organizer’s fault, all participants will receive a full refund.
PAYMENT RULES:
- Participation in the conference/training (2 days) requires the full payment within: a maximum of 3 business days from the date the registration form is submitted.
- The transfer reference should include the following information: Conference participant’s name and surname / name of the institution.
- Failure to pay within: a maximum of 3 business days from the date the registration form is submitted will result in automatic cancellation of the registration for the conference/training (2 days).
- The training organizer will issue a VAT invoice, which each conference/training session participant will receive – after providing the invoice details.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:
- The Participant consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of organizing and managing their participation in the conference/training (2 days).
- The personal data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29; 1997 y. (Journal of Laws of 2014; item 1182) is the Training Organizer – Structured TEACChing Krzysztof Sujka; Polna 3/104; 00-622 Warsaw.
- Personal data provided to the Administrator will not be transferred to any other entities not involved in the conference/training.
- In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2014; item 1182), the Participant has the right to access / correct and to delete their personal data.
- The Organizer grants each Participant right to control the processing of their personal data: in accordance with Article 32 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
- Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to consent to the processing of personal data prevents participation in the conference/training (2 days).
FINAL PROVISIONS:
- The conference/training organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference/training or make changes to its program and regulations.
- In the event of technical problems beyond the Organizer’s control, such as for ex. internet outages, the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the conference/training.
- The organizer of the conference/training (2 days) is not responsible for technical problems, such as for ex. poor internet connection quality on the part of the conference/training participant.
- Registering as a participant in the conference/training by submitting the registration form constitutes the full acceptance of these Regulations.
